The image is processed using OCR to pull out the vendor name, date, total amount, and other visible details. This processing is temporary. The original image is not stored after extraction unless you choose to attach it.

Based on the extracted text, Jeramyl suggests the vendor, amount, date, category, and description. The original receipt image is not sent to AI providers. Only the extracted text is used.
